Thank you for your continued support throughout 2024!

Our office will be closed for the Christmas break from Tuesday, 24th December 2024, and we will reopen on Monday, 6th January 2025.

Last delivery in the Sydney CBD: Monday, 23rd December 2024
Last dispatch day: Tuesday, 17th December 2024

Please note that any orders placed during our closure will be processed and delivered starting Monday, 6th January 2025.

All orders will be dispatched within two working days. Our warehouse ships Monday to Wednesday excluding New South Wales public holidays.

Dispatches are sent Monday to Wednesday only. Fine French Food will seek the most reliable and cost-effective means of dispatching the freight, however freight charges will apply to the order.

Orders are NOT dispatched Thursday or Friday

No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to goods that dispatched from our warehouse and delivered by companies other than Fine French Food.

No insurance will undertaken on transport unless requested by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE:

- that all orders with frozen products cannot be delivered to Western Australia, Northern Territories, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania and South Australia, only in Sydney C.B.D.

- that all orders with chilled products cannot be delivered to Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and South Australia.

We are doing our best but there may be delivery delays to your order due to limited flights, increased parcel volumes and delays in restocking.
