Maison Bellorr snails contribute to the preservation of French heritage.
Everything started with small-scale production. Then, over the last 15 years, the little snail has made its way.
Currently produced on three sites, two in Touraine and one in Charente, this represents more than 1.5 hectares of permaculture. In 2021 alone, no fewer than 5 million snails was raised.
Maison Bellorr takes great pride in this activity, as it is one of the main pioneers of an industry where snails are born, raised, and processed in France.
